What do you think of this manifold?
I dont think its really gonna be all that great for high boost, but what are youre opinions: http://www.groupbuycenter.com/buy.asp?row_id=5528
not really related, but i never see show cars with a nice manifold like that...the engine is the most important part of the car but its the one they least mod.

i dunno guys...i mean what can go wrong with welding a piece of stainless steel? no mechanical pieces to break...the only thing i can think of happening is a weld breaking, but looks like they did some damn good welding with it...plus it has a lifetime warranty....just becuase it's OBX doesn't mean it's junk...

It's not just welding, it's the design of manifold as well as the materials used, both of which are extremely important. And yes you're right just because it's OBX doesn't mean it's a piece of junk, but when most of their products are, why take the gamble with your money when you can buy a mani from a company with a better rep for quality.
P.S. don't flame me guys...i'm just playing devil's advocate there...

The warranty isnt worth much if the manifold is not designed well, just cause it looks like the kiwi dosent mean it will perform like one. Plus tubular ss manifolds a prone to break at the welds no matter how well its welded, thats why most kits come with cast manifolds, (ss or iron) When you have a problem (breaks or boost spiking) and cant drive your car for a while cause your waiting for the warranty to kick in (refunded or replaced) you'll wish you didnt go with an OBX, just my opinnion.
you couldnt pay me to run that POS manifold.
I had an OBX "Bomb" N1 style muffler for like 5 months...for the first couple it was the SH*T. I was really impressed with it's quality looks(honestly flawless) and sounded good...then it blew out of the course of a month and got illegally loud and just pissed the hell out of me. SO, I wouldn't buy something they make, ever again. Pretty soon the muffler is going to be on my friends '86 Chevy Sprint (3cyl) I'll get some pics. Bling, bling.
