As of recently I have been seeing anything besides atp or fluid damper or stock crank pulleys being used. There are a few threads about lightweight crank pulleys, such as the n1, unorthodox shattering peoples oil pumps because they don't have any rubber to absorb the virbrations.
You can use the stock mani, and fuel rail unless you plan on making 500+
What exhaust are you running currently? How much psi are you running that netted you 189 whp? What is your goal?

your exhaust should be free flowing, 2.5" - 3" will be fine. 189 whp is pretty low, though I suppose if you're not boosting more than 8-10psi you may not see anything over 220whp. Does the S100 have support for boost? I use the S300 so I'm not familiar with the S100 options.

I was running 10psi and 2 1/2 piping to an turbo n1 exhaust. My goal is to hit at least 240-250whp.
What exhaust do you think i should use this time around??
That 2 1/2" piping will be fine for that power. However, your question is contradicting. Adding "bolt-ons" will not make that much of a hp increase, even when boosted. Best thing is spend time on a dynomometer to fine-tune your motor for maximum output.
hondata is tunin my car...im in hawaii so i dont got to much options....

I would not get a Type R TB.... way too much money for 2mm difference.
The crank pulley, fuel rail (this would not give any hp), and intake manifold would be a waste of time and money... you might get 10hp
2.5" is fine for over 250whp
My best advise... Spend the money that you would use on the bolt-on junk and research who the best tuner is and let him do his job.. Garunteed more power than any of the bolt-ons you mentioned would make.
If you were making less than 200whp on a LS with 10psi... something is not right.
