Default what to do next?

i want about 400 whp, i just got 354 whp @ 1,5 bar, 21 psi

my setup is
b16a1
garrett t04e 57trim stage3 turbine 60/63 A/R
ramhorn manifold
2,5" ic piping backdoor intercooler
ported TB stock pr3 intake
ITR cams, springs and retainers.
wiseco b18c pistons, that gives me 8.0 in comp
eagle h-beams acl bearings
3" downpipe and exhaust
38mm wastegate closed loop
Neptune rtp

what would be the best upgrade for my setup and don't cost a fortune

You've pushed the turbo to about its safe efficiency limits. Time for a new turbocharger. But before you do, think about future goals now, so you don't come to this point a second time.
