Default what to do with 7-9grand

well guys my motor blew a while ago and the loan will be going through with in a week or two and i have money also. I was at first going to do a h22 and go na but now i don't know what to do. I was thinking of going h22 turbo or b18c1 turbo. What one will i be able to get the most power out of and hit 12's the easiest.

i have a stock h22a1 and am waiting on my turbo kit from Solid-technology.com, and with it in my 94 integra, expect mid-high 11's on 9 psi, but i will probably tune it for 12 psi, and get into the 10's going to be exciting, i tell you this to let you in on the h22's potential...but the JDM ITR motor in your car would kick a$$...that is your hatch in the picture, right?

if you want to go with something totally custom, get a B20, ls tranny and cams, and peice together a turbo kit, tune it for 14 psi, and have a high 10's street car with only about $4K in it

take out a huge insurance plan, put me as your spouse. Go on a business trip, pay someone 5000 to shoot the plane down. then give me the insurance money + whatevers left over.

Insurance pays out double if you die on a business trip

Damn, if 10s are as easy as you make it sound then most turbo guys here should be running 9s!

traction is the problem to most turbo guys...as long as they tune correctly, i expect this with a much better drive than me, but with the right slicks, driver, conditions... i ecpect greatly of my creations

I think mid-high 11's with weight loss and slicks is a reasonable goal, but 10's is going to require a lot more that just turning up the boost 3 psi There are gutted hatch's with 500whp having a hard time doing 10's.......

sure would like to see you get into the 11's and 10's that easily. seems like you haven't had much experience with turbos....stock motor into the 11's and 10's huh...good luck!! 350+hp GSX's and WRX's have a hard time getting to low 12's and high 11's...and if you plan on doing that with 1 or 2 front wheels...

If I had $7K, I'd smoke a LOT of crack rocks, then take the last $400 and make my car faster.

Sorry, it might just be my internet connection, but is that your mouth or your anus talking?
You might run a 10 ONCE, atleast extrapolated from the 1/8th after your motor blows, but that'll be about it before a ton of **** breaks, and i'm sure we all agree that the LS tranny is great for draggin... IMHO

Don't take out a loan to make your car faster....geesh. Just make it run until you get some money flowin. A house... now theres a good reason to take out a loan.

Buy a DSM.

You can't argue with 1.6 second 60 foot times!
