Default What could be causing this? (ACT Clutch Problem)

I've had a new ACT full face clutch for about 2 months now and it was working fine until about last week. Just in a couple of days the clutch's grabbing power has completely disappeared. The pressure on the clutch pedal is fine but it grabs worse than my stock clutch did. And I noticed this during daily driving, that's what has me stumped. I don't powershift or ever get on the clutch, no need to due to boost. I was running an unsprung 6 puck before going to full face (before boost). I know the full face can hold a considerable amount of power, and this seems way to soon for it to go out. Car has been used for driving to school and work. I could really use some advice here. Any comments or insight on this would help.

Specifics:
97 Boosted Integra LS – stock Greddy boost
On crappy steelies

Inspection of parts 2 Months Ago: (When the full face was put in)
Used Pressure Plate (In good condition)
Used Disc (Was then resurfaced)
Used Prolite Flywheel (In good condition)
GSR Tranny (Good condition)
...I know

The clutch doesn't have more than 2k miles on it.

well the full face with the hever duty pressure plate sucks really bad for boosted motors. if you have that one maybe you tosted it already
i hope you got the extream pp and not the hd
if your useing a stock pp then thats your problem

ive had customers that some how ended up getting the fingers "bent" or out of place on the pressure plate. not sure what would cause this but we sent the pp back to ACT and they fixed it under warrenty. we also recieved the pp back in a timely manner.

semi-same situation happened to me.

about two weeks ago, my act heavy duty just totally let out on me. there was no previous slipping or anything, i was just driving in 3rd, not even building any boost...and the tach went to 8200 and my speedometer went down.

i put in a competition clutch 6puck sprung and really like it, it grabs great...and is very streetable IMO.

i took a look at the act last night, the fingers were in decenet shape...but the disc was literally flaking in my hand.

hmm, all the used parts that I have were off of a ACT Clutc kit which origonally was with the 6 puck. And yes it is a Heavy Duty Pressure Plate. Isn't the Xtreme a little too much for the street, even though I'm turboed?

So are you guys sure that it is the pressure plate that is the problem here?

It grabs the same whether its cold or warmed up.

And why is the HD Pressure Plate not good enough for a full-face clutch?
