Default What could be causing this?

I posted this in the crx forum but everyone told me to come in here...even though i said the problem occured BEFORE i turbo'd it. So i decided that if they werent smart enough to see that then i dont trust them to answer my question...so maybe you geniouses can help me.

My car is a 90 crx with a turboed b18a. Every once in a while, after its been running and i cut it off and try to start it back up it wont crank and ill get the code 16 and 41(i think). Which are injector and 02 sensor heater. Its running a little rich according to my autometer A/F gauge(which isnt that acurate i know). Its only been turboed for a week and it done it some before i boosted it but now its doing it more often it seems. What could be causing this? The injectors are clean and in good shape. The 02 sensor is only 6 months old and it looks like its in good shape. Im stumped. Thanks
Sean
