What compression to run?
heres my problem I already bought arias 8:1 forged pistons from summit. But i was told that having 8:5:1 would be better for my setup. I can return them if i have to, but heres my setup ls vtec with a turbonetics t3/t4 turbo and i plan on boosting 20-25 lbs of boost. Also i have precision 880cc injectors is that going to be enough. Im sending it to get sleeved and i plan on using eagle rods.

Honestly a difference of .4 CR in a setup like that isnt going to make a difference that is anywhere near noticeable.
The nice thing about having low compression like that is you are able to get away with a little more in some cases when it comes to detonation.
For the most part most people run in between 9.1-10.1 cr in a lot of boosted applications.
Like i am sure every person has been told, the tune is the deciding factor.
So in my opinion, you are completly 100% ok using those pistons.

You'll be safer running the 8.1-1, higher compression will spool the turbo faster, but your not gonna see that with only .4 comp. points. Stick with what you have.
