Default What boost level should I build for?

I am forced to rebuild my engine soon so I am going to do the usual on the bottom end with GE sleeves, crower rods and JE 9:1's. I'm not really sure what I should try to boost to though. I know the upper limits for pump gas are around 17 psi right? If I keep it under that, then I should be fine with the tial 35mm, greddy type s, and drag intercooler since all of them work up to 18 psi correct? On race gas though, how high could I go without doing other serious mods like new fuel lines etc? I am just trying to get an idea of what I should be shooting for with this rebuild. I don't want to go all out drag car since its a prelude but I want to maximize my potential, ya know? I am looking for personal opinions or experience. Thanks a lot.
