Default Wet Shot on a B20b, help!

Im not sure if this is the right forum but I didn't know where else to post. Ok I'm new to the site. I just got my B20b. Runs strong but I wanted a little more to it. I got a NOS wet kit and installed it. I decided to start small with the 50 shot. I'm runnig the fogger nozzle on the intake pipe about 6 in from the TB. I took it out last night and tryed it. Didn't feel ****! I ran it throught 3,4. I didn't notice it till about 4,300 in 4th. So I fugured maybe it wasn't spraying right. I go home pull the intake off and make sure its working, it is so I go out again to try it. Samething. And after that run i came to a stop and the idle was surging as if i had a vacuum leak. I pulled over turned the car off and checked, nothing. Turned it back on and it ran fine. So being dmb i tryed it again and samething, nothing till 4,300 in 4th and same surging problem. This time i noticed towards the top of 3rd it was hesitating. I got home pulled the plugs and they look fine. My fuel pressure is at 40psi and the timing is set at 14deg. I don't know what to do, only thing i was thinking is the shots might be ******* up the MAP sensor? I was told on a dry kit to run the shot in the manifold, is it the same for a wet shot? the instructions say 6-12in from the TB on the intake. Someone please tell me whats i'm doing wrong, i've never had NOS before. Thanks.

Did you test the solenoids before you tried to spray the car? Was it a used kit?

Do you have a nitrous guage? Have to have good pressure to see a good result.

It was a used kit and i did test everything. I don't have a nitrous gauge. Would that make a differance? I know the bottle has to be at 900psi. So should i get a bottle warmer?
