yup it was the ringlands also looks like spun rod bearings?
i will let the pics speak for itself .

how does spun rod bearing happen? rod bolts not tighten well?

btw i was getting white smoke from my valve breather and alot of white smoke when i pushed it hard .
the compression was this
4=85 added a cap of oil and it jumped to 105 (first one pic on the post )
3=210 ( ringland cracked )
2=210 (ringland also had a crack
1=220 (looked good)

Looks like worn bearings, not spun. Spun bearings happen when there is too much friction (too little oil or the clearances between the bearings and the rod/crank surfaces are too small) so there is metal to metal contact and the engine will make a loud clicking noise and eventually seizes up and you throw rods and stuff.
And the spun bearings would look dark purple (from the heat of friction).

well i noticed this white smoke before but i didnt think of it much ,
then went to get tuned and btw with these bad ringlands
i still got 225hp 161tq lol 7psi

yeah white smoke was def burning oil. your hp #s are low for that amount of boost so it still is decent for the problems your having. how long did u have the setup running well ?

yup already ordered Wiseco Pistons w/ Rings, Eagle Forged Rods, acl bearings
took my block to get rehorn and hot tanked.
hopefully i can get it up and running this week coming up

at least its not as fucked as my friends d16z6 #4 ran lean due to a bad injector (NA motor) and killed the bearing and hit the bottom of hte sleave. When we pulled the rod there was no bearings left at all
