Default weird overheating problem help!

So I just boosted my 92 CX with a 98 B18c1. My car has an overheating problem. When driving the car the temp reaches in between 192-194. When you stop (with heater on) it will start to drop back down, but its not some quick drop but it will start to go down. Never to a normal operating temp. I changed the thermo, bled the system. I am going to change the radiator tomorrow (hopefully). Does anyone have any other suggestions i should look for. It seems also that once i get on the freeway it jumps up quicker. ANY HELP PLEASE!!!!
