Default Which way does the B18 flange go on???

I do not have access to the car for which I'm building a manifold. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me which way this flage goes on the head. The two outside studs are at different levels. Can anyone say if it's the driver's side or pax side one that's higher? It would suck to weld these runners on the wrong side of the flange.

Even closeup pics of the flange on an already complete B18B manifold would be helpful.

the lower of the two bolt holes goes on the bottom right(drivers side) if you're looking at the motor from the front of the car.
