yeah bro thats not a good sign, you should definetely check if ur fan is working, and i suggest you check out your engine gasket cause theres a big chance ,with that kind of heat it shouldnt be in the best condition

Dude you're BOILING the water through conductivity. That radiator looks like it's a great heatsink as it sits. Is there any way you could move it? At least you have a filter on that turbo.

When's the last time you changed the water pump?

Have your tuner lower the fan temp and drill holes in the thermostat

fan should kick on at 180*F but drill holes in the thermostat like said ^^

dumptube should not be that close to the radiator. find another route for the dumptube.

Do not use those bars-leaks products as they do more harm then good. Fix whatever is leaking. This is key to keep everything working normal.

Dont waste your money on a cheap fan. Get a spal with a shroud lots of HT vendors have them T1 is one and look at the radiator, fan, and shroud they sell. The fan referenced above pulls 1/2 the amount of air that a Spal it's size will pull. it also costs 1/2. You will also have to look into running new wiring for the fan as they are 30 amp rated. Also look into articles on creating ducting to direct air that isnt heat soaked from the intercooler/ ac condensor. A turbo blanket and wrap the cast iron log. GL
