>>>>>>>>water/condensation in catch can<<<<<<<<<
ok heres the deal. i hav a custom catchcan similar to a T1 setup with 2breathers. yesterday i was removing it and as i unscrewed one of the return lines from the block about (est)10drops of water dripped out onto my chest.. upon further inspection i noticed the milky substance draining out of the lines and a black sludge like build up in the bottom of the can..i remember the same milkeyness in my old NA intake line from the valve cover. now i was told this happens sometimes and not to worry. my question to you guys is....should i be worriedand is this a prob and is there more to this equation than just condensation. I wanna add that about a week befor i started tearing my car appart i got stuck in the rain and had to make it to my shop about 5 milesaway and the worse possible thing that coulda happend... Happened. the intake side charge pipe blew down @ the fmic. i pulled over immediately and removed the piping, didnt see any water

Are you worried about a little water getting into your engine? It's not a problem. Now if you get a lot in there, that might be a problem (like a hydrolock). Anything short of that is no big deal.
