I've got a TD04-13G on my car with the wastegate stuck open. When I was doing the swap, the actuator was in the way of a bracket so I took it off and put it back on. Now it's stuck open.

Today I took off the downpipe to check it out, put in some spacers to elongate the distance and slightly bend the actuator so it would fully close. It boosted great for like 3 miles and now its stuck again. It's really wierd because I've taken off the wastegate actuator a dozen times before and never had a problem.

Anyone have experience with this?
How do I keep this bish closed?

try a new actuator or lube up the current 1. sounds like its faulty and on its last legs
