Default wastegate

I have a Tial wg im not running a ebc, do i have to run a fitting on top of the wastgate to plug it off or can I just leave it open?

You don't have to put it on. I've seen both, and I am assuming some put it on so they don't loose it. It's your choice, but you don't need to put it on.

if you put it on, cheak for hood clearance. some people have a bump on their hood cuz it hit/touched the hood + motor vibrations.

leave it open, if you hook up vacuum to the top part it won't regulate boost right
