your options are very wide, mostly depending on how much money you are willing to spend. you can go hf manifold and saab t3 and get your goal for like 1000 bucks, or you can get a shelf kit for 3000 bucks.
mid to low 13s is gonna be in the low to maybe mid 200 whp range which is perhaps pushing it on a stock motor, especially for longevity. start with some headstuds, perhaps the zex cam and aftermarket im. gt28rs is perfect for this application but might be out the price range, so i might look toward a 50 trim t3t4 with a .48ar so it is spooled and going in the 4000 rpm range.
while on stock motor definately get a decent tune, i know jeff evans is close to jersey

Re: (BLUE EH3)
stock fuel rail and fuel lines will work fine. you need to get larger injectors and probably a fuel pump just to be safe. (oe will work but for the 85 bucks its worth it to get a walbro)

Re: (blackeg)
for the fuel i would go with some 650's or maybe 550cc injectors. And if you wanna be a little baller a fuel rail. it wont be needed until you are around 450whp or so, but you'd have to sleeve your motor for that.
read the FAQ and you'll find almost every answer you need

well sometimes your fuel rail to provide your injectors with the correct amount of fuel.

Re: (BLUE EH3)
Bone-stock, health D16z6: 220whp or less for safety. Above that you risk bent rods and cracked pistons (ringlands)
Bone-stock D16z6 w/forged rods/pistons: up to 350whp with ~20psi, as head is a big restriction. All parts are stock besides all of exhaust (turbo mani and full 3" turbo-back).
D16z6 w/intake, cam, head porting, and nice valve job: so far up to 450whp for some guys. Limited mainly by how high they want to rev.
You're posting in a sub-forum that has a capible search engine, 114094 topics, and 1269541 individual posts. I'm sure you can find something to start researching. There are a HUGE amount of FAQ posts as well as MANY "what do I need to go turbo?" threads. HOW many? Lets just say most moderators can't actually count that high.
