Wanted: Uberteg software

well its a REALLY long story and its also been 3 months, still no uberteg, still no software just a chip that isn't even close to my combo. can anybody help me out. any help will be greatly apprecited.

I also paid for my software probably about 3 weeks ago and he's dropped off the planet. I'm still not thinking he's ripped me off, but I'm starting to get pretty pissed...isn't his name Blake Edwards? I think the last name is wrong...anyone have some contact info?
