Default Walbro install, what did I do wrong?

When coasting to a stop, pitch of whine changes from the pump.
Also, cruising on the highway with less than 1/4 tank the car cuts out and leans out like crazy.
When idling with less than 1/4 tank afrs are extremely inconsistent and fuel pump whine changes continiouslly.
Also, the fuel pressure guage pulsates.

Any ideas?

u either r using one of the smaller size fuel filter which doesnt pick up much fuel if the car is less than 1/4 tank or when u put the pump in, the fuel filter wasnt angled right in the tank

The best thing is to take it back off and double check it. There's too many variables. Aslo, make sure your fuel level sender isn't out of wack and reading wrong (happened to me before)

I figured it out today. The pump was not sitting low enough in the tank. I had to modify the pump bracket and extend the line to make it sit lower to grab fuel from the bottom of the tank.
