Re: walbro 190 be enough? (94c1v1cex)
the answer i gave was par for the question.
you asked what to do. i said if you have an option go 255. then i implied it should not be an option that you consider by saying "its not an option get the 255"
then you said that dont make sense, then i said neither does you wanting to get a 190lph fuel pump when you have an option to get a 255lph. that was before i knew about the pricing
damn dude you just made me feel alot better about talking to my gf. i thought she was hard to relate to LOL
but above all that how can anyone know the answer without knowing what you plan on putting out with it? just make life easier and get the 255 so there is nothing to worry about. i was trying to make a long answer short.

ya man my question still hasn't been answered... i see what you're saying but why spend 35-40 more bucks if a 190 will be enough to serve the purpose...
edit: i know 40 bucks isn't alot but for a college student that only works 3 days a week it's alot

i see. yeah thats a few meals and a couple 30 packs of keystone's
well the 190 is better than stock of course and would think it could support around 300-350 just fine but i dont honestly know so ill quit jackin up your thread
some have said the 255 is good to the 500 ish range.
and the less pressure you run the more lph the pump flows so if you keep the pressure in a lower range close to stock i would think you would be fine here is a graph of what happens when you compare PSI to flow on a 255

Re: (mike93eh2)
just go with the 255, you wont have any thoughts of "is it going to be enough" in the back of your head. And if you can get either one then just get the nicer one and be done with it. Like a added sense of security IMO

i still run a 190 at stock fuel pressure for my setup, so for your goals it should be fine.
EDIT: although i did hot wire it straight off the alternator.
