Is VTEC noticeable on your supercharged GSR?
I recently installed a JRSC on a GSR engine that I had purchased disassembled (the head, block, dist, etc. were apart). I never ran the engine without the charger and now I'm wondering if my VTEC is working ok. I can tell when VTEC is working on an NA GSR but I'm not sure about on my charged GSR. So to sum up: my question - is there a noticeable VTEC engagement on JR supercharged GSR's?
Also as a side question, have any of you found any decent power gains using adjustable cam gears with your JRSC?

Audible difference....no, but the rpms should climb much faster past the v-tec point. Also if everything is hooked up correctly and you don't throw a code I'd bet v-tec is working fine and you just can't tell. If you have the money, dyno and you'll get a clear answer.

Thanks for the replies. Never threw a VTEC related code either so I guess everything is working ok.
