Default VTEC CONTROLLER

wats up guys, i just got my 99 sh prelude vtec about a month ago (manual). Ive noticed that the VTEC kicks in around 5200 rpms, and than really kicks ***. Ive heard with a VTEC controller you can make it kick in around 3200 or whatever you desire....where can i buy one of these? and is it really worth it? and whats the going rate for one of these VTEC controllers? Will i see a huge gain in speed and HP or should i just go for intake, exhaust, etc instead?

Thanks

That is to low for 5g preludes. The lower cam lobes start not making power around 4600-4800 RPM. That is the general area VTEC is lowered too. Best way to do it is pay a visit to Mr. Dyno.
