I just wanted to complement him on this. I didnt quiet make the last GB on the oil pump gears and I was ordering a set of injectors along with the gear... the gear purchase fell through because 12 had already been met. Viren was apologetic and gave me an even better deal on the injectors that were already a steal. He even emailed me my tracking numbers on the injectors!
His customer service is freakin excellent... I just want to throw this out to all of you to let you know.

Its good to see that in the midst of stealing and shady deals we have someone we can not only trust, but one who goes the extra mile to allay our fears of trading with someone who in most cases we dont even know and who is just operating in a fear and honest manner.

ive said it before and ill say it again........to me, NOTHING in the import world is more important then honestity. how many times do kids lie about whats under their hood, or their 1/4 times, or their dyno plots, or HP. or even when you send some kid 30 bucks for something online and thats the last you see of your $30.

thats why i think it is important that we promote and continue to stick by our loyal suppliers and dealers (Ben and Viren)
i would rather pay a little more money for the piece of mind i get when i buy from ben, but i rarely have to pay more, since he is VERY good about honoring just about any price. as for viren, i am yet to purchase from him, but i am sure he is held on the same level as our importparts.com.

just wanted to say, keep up the good work, and you guys have NOT gone un noticed. i dont even hesitate to purchase from you, nor will i ever. in todays world, customer service will make or break you. its comforting to see you two are in for the love and passion of the sport, not to make a buck (or if you are in for the buck you hide it very well! jk)

viren is THE man. He does not have everyting i need when i need it, BUT he does give me honest prices and truth about if it is in stock. Others in my town take your money and you have to wait for 2-3 months to get your goods. its always "it is shipped, should be here friday" Thanks viren for your time and effort.

Let me tell you about my experience.

I got in on the prodrive oil pump gear GB and paid the man the money. I then decided to also get a Victor X manifold from him as well because of the good prices he offers. I get an email about the sale transaction and a instant message about the tracking number. That is awesome but here is where it even gets better. I BUG Viren about car stuff and what not and he answears everything...even i think i am annoying. When my package arrives i miss the delivery all three times and I don't know the tracking number any longer so I ask Viren again and he has it right there. AWESOME!!! He is the MAN, I would suggest buying from this man, honest and good prices.
