1 nut and it comes off as opposed to five or four. that's all no benefits other than that.

I use VBand clamps on my exhaust.
So EASY to get apart and on the ground.
So EASY to put together.
1 7/16" nut as opposed to nuts and bolts.

Its worth the added cost.

Yeah -- i definate am thinking about getting a vband on my turbo. Question is--- is there an adapter for turbos that didn't come made for the vband?? I've got a 4bolt exhaust housing-- does it just bolt up to my housing?

you can buy the 4 bolt flange and then wled the vband to that , or weld the vband right to the turbo outlet. but im not fond on that. i did the flange thing so someone has the choice when i sell it.

Anybody got a picture or link regarding the Vband, I'm going turbo in March, and I don't mind spending a little extra, if it's worth it in the long run. I personally have never seen one of these.

Thanxs

Gene

you have two piece of pipe on either side and they are clamed together to form a tight seal. you can weld one side to 5 bolt flange and the other side to your downpiep and then clamp them to gether quick and easily

I looked and couldn't find where to get a 4 bolt flange with a 2.5in vband aleady attatched to it. Anybody know where to get them besides cheapturbos.com, cuz there's are 140

I think someone should do a group buy on them
