Default valvetrain question

I was wondering what cams, valves, valvesprings and retainers do you prefer with a turbo setup? I have a gsr swap with 00-01 itr cams, and am looking into fully building the head.

EF-1, Crower, Skunk2 are all also nice.

Just upgrade the springs and retainers and you should be fine.
