ok, so my friend is tellin me all about this Valve Float stuff, and my other friend is building his b16a with a t3/t04e turbo and the whole bottom end with 8:2:1 pistons, eagle H beam Rods, Micropolished crank, Blockguard and tuning it with GReddy Emanage and keeping a stock valvetrain and is gonna run 2 bar. What is the deal with this other guy and Valve Float? Can someone help me out on this cuz I'm planning on boosting my b16a with the t3/t04e turbo with 8:5:1 pistons and eagle H beam rods with a micropolished crank, blockguard and low compression headgasket my Cometic. Is it really necessary to do a valvetrain upgrade at 2 bar, or even a little over 15 psi for that matter?
valvetrain upgrade only takes place when you're changin out the stock cams to a bigger cam and planning to over rev the stock rpm's...it doesn't have anything to do w/ boost...somebody correct me if im wrong........

that's what I thought, I was right then, I told him that if I was planning on going anywhere over 8,200 rpms then I would have to do an upgrade in the valve train i.e. valve springs, lifts, retainers and I would use ITR cams with of course cam gears. I don't really plan on going over 8,200 so this should be alright for 30 lbs I take it?
