Default Valve train upgrades

Anybody have any suggestions as to what I should get in terms of valvetrain upgrades for a B18A T?

crower dual spring for high lift turbo, they have two on their site get the second one and lightweight retainers - Ti or Al from JG for drag only. Ferrea stuff is good but I have heard of several cases where the springs have broken plus you are forced to buy the whole set, perch spring retainer and locks

I guess a better question would be this.. if I were just going to run this thing on the street, could I get away with just a stock head/valve train? I know that most people will upgrade valve train if they want their engines to spin at a higher rpm but I prolly won't make it hit higher than 7k.. It will see boost between 8-14 psi.. I just want to make it reliable.
