Valve lash specs

I just wanted to get a general consensus concerning what people are running on their valves. Alot of people have different opioions on this, so here it goes:

Ok, we are talking about a high horse-power drag only car. Are most people running factory specs or something custom? I have heard that there is power to be gained from valve adjustments, so what are you guys doing?

No matter the power if we're running factory cams... 0.007" IN, 0.008" EX.

Thats what I use on gsr cams.
