Default Valve adjustment.

So when am I supposed to do it? SOme people told me about 30,000 and right now I'm at 30,XXX miles. Some said it might be arlight to wait till about 40,000 but I was just wondering....is a that hard??

I was told all I need is a gapping thingy and basic socket tools. I've never done this thing before, do you think it would be hard to do it for a newbie.

I was told by Honda to adjust the valves every 15,000 miles. You need some feeler gauges (gapping thingy). I personally use the Snap-On Honda valve adjusment tool but I guess you could use regular sockets and a flat head screwdriver; it'll just take a little longer. It's not hard to do but I would recommend you have some there that has done it before to steer you in the right direction. It also helps to have the factory service manual. Good luck.

What is the consequence of not doing a Valve adjustment? I mean... I'm trying to install my turbo and that is costing me a whole **** load, not to mention that I still have to buy more parts.

.. I mean... what if I hold off for a while?
