Default V-AFC instead of AEM

ok I think I'm not ready to step up to a stand-alone unit for my turbo. I don't want to spend all the money and have somebody else tune it for me. what happens when i go to the track when I have to make adjustments?? anyway, I think I'm just going to stay with the VAFC at the moment. amybe in a few months I'll step up to the stand-alone. anyway here's the setup. wanna know what people think as far as reliability and power.

wiseco 9:1
pauter rods
OEM headgasket
RC 440's
MSD 6AL adn BTM
drag inline fuel pump and vortech FMU(what disc do I run, 4:1??)

how does 10psi +/- 1 sound on this ????

I drive the car to school which is 10 miles each way and I drive to work about 3 miles each way. thats about all the driving I HAVE to do. I'm trying to take this into account.
