Default v-afc + e-manage

I’m about to put a Gready turbo kit on a kids car its a 00 civic si he would like to keep the vafc its a show car. If the vafc is set to 0 all the way across it shouldn't conflict with the e manage?

I've seen afc's change the map voltage change slightly when at 0.The emanage is tuned to what the voltage should be stock. I would just disconnect the map signal, and let the emange take care of that just to be 100% safe. Then the vafc will just control vtec monitor rpm, throttle and vtec.
