using DSM injectors
OK, before i get flamed for this, let me get it out of the way. I searched, found nothing.
Does anyone have a write-up on using the 450cc injectors in a B18b1? I know i need resistors, but honestly i can't remember whether we need to convert TO peak and hold or FROM peak and hold (to saturate). Maybe i'm just stupid.
So does anyone have any detailed instructions on this set up? i.e. with pictures?

you need to convert from saturated to peak and hold. you can obtain a resistor box out of a 88-91 crx or something like that I beleive. check ebay, they have some there. the injectors should just pop right in, mine did, but I have heard some people had to bore it out a little to fit it.
using the resistor box is A LOT cleaner. look at my pic and notice the Honda plug that i used coming off the resistor box. it's the plug leaning on the Clutch fluid reservoir.
Not that it realy matters, because liam821's write up will work, But...
The yellow and black wires are positive power, not grounds. The other colored wires from your injectors that lead down to the ECU are the grounds. In the electrical world... it's easyer to control a ground switch rather than the positive power switch. (it has somthing to do with a back EMF in a semi-conductor)
Just an FYI
I also recomend using a resistor box. They are cheap, and look like they were ment to be under the hood. I got mine from a prelude at the local junkyard for $3. If you go the junkyard route... take a multy meter with you so you can check to see if all 4 resistors are good. (one lead to the red or black wire, then check the other 4 yellow/black wires with the other. you shlould read 6 to 8 ohms.)

yea you are correct. that drawing is just old.

So, I just got my blue top DSM injectors for my OBD-1 boosted LS setup in my 94 hatch, and am getting ready to install them and get re-tunned, but I have a problem...
My stock Honda injector clips (the grey plugs that clip onto the injectors,) wont fit on the DSM injectors...? Am I supposed to be using DSM injector clips? The Honda clips start to fit, but wont go all the way over the dsm injectors.
Any help would be greately appreciated. Thanks in advance!
