I maybe getting a hondata for my boosted sohc, 2B to be exact, I figure it has all I need. Anyway is buying a used hondata recommended? If say I buy one from a sohc vtec, would I still need it tuned for my application or could I use the existing maps?

 

you would need to either have a basemap made for you, or better yet, go dyno tune.
