I have the t3/t4 that came with my drag kit for my 99 si, having some problems with it but was looking to upgrade it anyhow, i was thinking about going with a t3 60-1.....any suggestions? thanks

 

You could do that...but I don't think it will be necessary or useful unless you plan on building up the engine internals, and running more boost.

 

why not just up the boost on your t3/t4? they make god boost, and i think enough for your curent setup, considering it is a street car

no times right now, never got the chance. Running 9- 10psi, Im sure that I could stick with this turbo but it is leaking oil, ealry sign of blowing up..so I figured why not go ahead and upgrade....Anyone got anything for me?

 

hmmm.makes sence in a way...damn turbonetics turbos on the drag kit seem to go like no others, sometimes.
you probably have a 3/to4B turbo.
you know what you should do. Spring for a T3/TO4E turbo.read that correctly now...thats T .. O.... 4.... E
get a 50 , 54 or 57 trim(lots use this trim) stg 3 wheel , .63 a/r(make sure you get that) . with this turbo it will produce some nice number better than the B compressor and will scream hard to redline. I think you will enjoy it.
