What's the deal with the green car in the background? Do you have more pics? It looks good.

By the way, that connector that is holding your manifold/charge pipe together.. is that from an AEM Intake? Where can I get one?

Yeah, just wait. The guy just came and appraised the damage. I should have an estimate tonight... 1 fender, 1 bumper, both of the shroud htings over the wheels, bumper lenses, and probably the whole plastic piece that goes under the front of the motor. Should be enough $ to cover the 98+ conversion. Maybe even an R lip.

Looks good!!! How much did it cost you total? How did you make the charge and intercooler pipes? Any problems? Give a little background on piecing together your own kit.

No clearence with the TiAL. I think the turbo must be a t3to4b because i didnt have to shave the block. Very close though. Any idea how I can find out for sure what it is?

I know the rfl sounds great at 8psi, but what about from 1psi up. Do you get any flutter when at closed throttle at minimal boost. I did with my blitz dd. from 1-4psi so i loosened it all the way and the turbo still surged. I ended up cutting the spring and now it works fine, but I would like something as loud as possible with no surge.

comments apreciated

just wondering though, are you're running 8psi on stock sleeves/cams/pistons/rods?

The bov surges only at partiall throttle. And it only does it sometimes. As far as my motor, its almost 100% stock. I rebuilt it myself before the turbo install. The only thing aftermarket is the rings and acl bearings. Overall i love my kit.
