It was run on slicks. The car has only made 5 full passes since it was put together so suspension, and other minor drivetrain issues are slowly getting worked out to get the car running at full potential. I have no doubt we'll see 10 second passes out of this car at the Virginia race.

I was using v1.66 with the 3.5 bar update that Uberteg sent me. I'm not sure if that update is on his site yet but it will be soon. I've used the 2 bar, 3 bar, and 3.5 bar..haven't had any problems.

For real. Power isn't falling off at all. Could probably make power till 9500rpm maybe more. Regardless, sick numbers.

Actually, I PMed a suggestion to I-forget-who who thought they were limited to 29 psi by Hondata... he's having tony1 tune the car, they are going to run a 3.5 bar sensor and recalculate the pressure heading columns on their own, as the Hyundaidata ones would be increasingly low as you approach max boost. I'm pretty confident it will work just fine.
Nothing against Hyundaidata, aside from me being whitetrash on a whitetrash budget, and the usual rivalry you get between DIYers and pay-for-play institutions. They have a nice product, and would have 3.5 bar support if they cared to implement it.
*phew* I said my nice blurb about Hondata, I can feel free to trash them for the next month or so until my conscience gets the better of me.

Yeh, Ive known how to do this for awhile, it just always seemed like too much trouble. I guess id rather not take the time to re-calculate everything, especially for software that Im paying for you know.. I was thinking about posting something on the hondata forum about them doing 3.5 bar cause there is a LARGE userbase who could use it, but the site is having errors right now, so oh well.. Ive never had anything against uberdata the program(i just didn't like the guy who created it

I love B to death, but I understand your reasoning. I find the extreme abuse thing funny, some find it offensive, most don't know wtf to make of it. I can totally respect and understand your stance. When you dislike someone's work because you dislike them, and I respect someone who admits it, too, with no bullshit games hiding that reason.
You, sir, might like to check out Crome. 0.9.1RT, if you have RTP board installed in your ECU, is a form of niftiness that makes Hyundaidata + ROMulator look like a kludgy hack and a hassle. Like Uberdata, it is a work in progress and has it's rough edges... but the same can be said for Hyundaidata, or EMS, or...

I don't see how anyone could NOT like blake...
I think he's a nice guy to talk to online, and I've been assured he's a real charactor in person. If he sees bs, hes going to call you on it..
otherwise i dunno what to tell anyone who dislikes him, up your dosage or something.

it works im running the 3 bar on my ls with 1.66. make sure you get the fix from Blake though. something about the car thinks its in deep vacuum so it cuts the injectors. i believe the fix is on the uberdata support forums but i could be wrong.
