Default An Uber-E-Turbo? Maybe...

^only makes ~1psi, but it looks like fun to play with at least . i decided to check out if this was just another ebay pos knockoff, but i found it to actually be quite different. the ebay one i found claimed to push 240 cfm, but this eram thingy pushes 750 cfm. isnt something for a serious racer, but for a simple bolt it appears to makes half-*** gains . i just want one so i can let it fly like in the video .

looks liek it would take more power to push the fan then the 1 psi of pressure would create.

at least it runs off of the battery so theres no parasitic loss like a supercharger.

yes, there is the alternator is what picks up the work. the current drain on the battery makes the alternator work harder.

from the website that i linked: "SAFE FOR YOUR ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: High current for short duration is drawn directly from your battery, not your alternator. Just like your starter motor."

*ahem*, you were saying?

It doesn't seem like it's worth it if it will only push 1psi. Isn't that less then 10hp on a 4 cyl honda?

right now im looking for an sc400 at a decent price (if i can sell my damn car ), and any form of fi for an sc400 is $5k+; thats way out of my budget. i might just replace the air box with one of these with a k&n plopped on the end.
