you connect the TOP line to manifold vacuum right??

also, you can just tee in on any vacuum source or should it be tee'd right at the manifold itself??

I've got the damn screw all the way out using the light spring and the damn thing wont release lol. I know it's not frozen or torn because it took it apart to check and it's just fine internally.
