Default Type S flutter

I have a greddy Type S BOV running 8 psi and it flutters. The adjustment screw is all the way loose actually its all the way out of the BOV not even in there what can I do to make it blow steady

um, you need to plug that hole in the top first. Wrap the end of your adjustment stud thing in teflon tape and try that. Does your car idle OK?
