Default Turbos keep going out!!

I have had two turbos go out and the one on the car now is on it's way out?? The first turbo was a Garrett t3/t4 60 trim that went out after 700 miles, then I got it rebuilt and it lasted about 500 miles. I bought an ebay turbo, thinking it might just be the turbo itself and so far it probably has about 100 miles on it and it already has end to end play and is leaking oil on the exhaust side. Does the turbo have too much oil pressure? I see 100 psi upon cold startup, 80 psi to the turbo. Once the car is at running temp. then I see 25 psi to the motor and turbo. I have a .063" restrictor inline. When the oil psi finally drops to 25 psi, the smoking stops. Would a .035" restrictor starve the turbo though once it is at running temps?? I also thought it might be the return line causing problems due to the mini ram sitting the turbo so low, so I redid it. I have -4an lines coming from a sandwich adapter and -10an return. Someone please help!!!

try the .035 restrictor.......100psi oil pressure even thru a .63 restrictor with a -4an feed line still might be to much.

make sure your drain line has a nice smooth clear bend into the oil pan. no sharp kinks or bends.

that's WAY too much oil pressure. Has the car been modified with anything regarding the oil pump or oil pick up? Some people on high comp NA engines would alter these items, later on selling the car forgetting about it, and the turbo owner gets too much oil pressure.

You also may look at the oil return line. Making sure there are no 90 degree angle fittings on it, and that it is at a clean slope to oil pan accounting for gravity.

Check crankcase pressure. If it is too high, it could easily cause oil to go up through the return line and push the oil seal outward on the turbine/compressor bushings. that could be a cause of the problem too. (this is due to a bad oil catch can install or some other aparata.

yea
oil pressure is the issue
also, that is very very high oil pressure
id check the pressure relief on the pump, it might be stuck

the car has a toga aftermarket high volume pump. The return line pretty much is straight into the pan, it probably only drops about a 1/4" from the turbo to pan. Thanks for all the advice. The only reason the pump was replaced is because of the bad oiling issues with a stock d16y8 pump.
