Default Turboing a B18A

Heres the scoop. I have a 91 integra, 147,000 miles always maintained. maintence when ever needed right away. Engine is strong. I got an AEM CIA, DC 4-2-1 Header, Skunk2 Racing Intake Manifold, and a Tanabe Super racing medalion exhaust system. next is cams, and turbo. What cams do you prefer for the best price, and To run 17psi around what internal mods should i do to the engine, and what turbo would be best that would pass emissions because i heard Drag 3 kits don't pass emissions. Please any Turbo Integras or any honda reply.

Do a compression test! if its good boost it, forget about passing emissions greddy doesn't make a kit for a g2.

What about F-max, or Max Rev do they make kits that would pass emissions?

Check the link https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=375177

This kit came off my G2 and made good power. Inside that link there is a link to see how it fits in a G2. Good starting point for ya. I ran 13.7 @ 114mph with my teg at full weight on my 17" rims and street tires at 15psi.

At 17psi you probably wont pass emissions with ANY kit. Just take it off before smog test or pay the ref to pass you. There are plenty of shady refs. Man I love not having any emissions tests here. Also do a lot of searches (top right corner of page) for what you need to do to the motor to make it last. Make sure you search archived as well as recent posts to get the best results. There is tons of info in there.

Emissions will be a problem, like he said just pay someone to pass you, biuld your own kit cheaper plus you can learn alot. And if something goes wrong you know who to blame.
