TURBOEDIT!!!!!
thats what i'm thinking..... BUT i don't fully understand. i searched, but still feel dumb about it. i'm working on outting a turbo on my 88 crx si (w/ y7 motor). i picked up a vafc to control my fuel, but i headr a little about turboedit, searched, but still want to know more.
what do i need to do this? how do i do this? is there someone who can do it? (in the chicagoland area) if you could let me know that'd be great!

All you need to know is in those two links.
It just as easy to use as Uberdata, Hondata, or any other speed density system. Youve got a fuel map and a timing map to play with.
As with any open source project, there are bugs here and there, and theres always a new version popping out every month.
I have personally been running it on one of my cars for some time now. All is well, and I am VERY thankfull of the hard work and time Jason, Dave and guys at PGMFI.org have put into this. <<shameless plug>>
All you need is a socketed PM6, PR4 or PS9 (for 1 wire vtec), a burner and a WB.
If you just wanna pop in a chip and drive, try seeing if any of the guys on this list is near you. Im sure most are familiar with TE also.
