Great idea showing the video instead of a long post trying to describe everything. A movie is worth a million words.... This will help w/ the diagnosis

Sounds to me that the extra pressure allowed the piston rings to lose its seal, and you have lost oil due to blow by and that's what's causing the problem. That's also why you're seeing all that burned smoke coming out of the valve cover.
since you had no bubbles, or oil spots in your coolant system, you're right, the headgasket is o.k... But I believe that if you run a leakdown & compression test, it's going to be really dropped. Betcha you messed up the rings w/ the increased boost.

Time to switch pistons, rods, and rings...

My condolences. Did you at least win?

ok...ok.
heres the story...........DON'T EVER GET BOOST HUNGRY, ESPECIALLY ON THE STOCK ENGINE, KEEP IT AT 7 PSI, AND NO MORE THEN THAT!

ok...now thats out the way. i did compression tests today. in order from left to right and i also did 2 compression tests, one just with the gauge, then the other time i added a tablespoon of oil, then i did it again. the second time, i stopped at the second cylinder, no need to go further. here they go
1)110;127 2)90;150 3)172 4)185 3 and 4 good, but the other 2 are just toasted.

now it's time for the rebuild
if you guys run across any good prices on pistons and ring and rods, please let me know. i knew something was gonna give, ONLY IF I WOULD HAVE KEPT THE BOOST TO 7psi. But you do gotta expect stuff like this to happen, i did, no bad feelings here, it sucks tho, i was gonna get the EMS, but i guess that gotta wait. she still runs, but i think ima let her rest i abused her, shame on me, but she'll be back bigger and stronger then ever

400 horses, here i come!

getting boost hungry didnt hurt you... the fmu setup and lack of fuel management did not help though. you got to pay to play... proper tuning and management.

the f22 can hold alot more than 7psi. I hope you have plans for alot more than a rebuild to get to 400hp output... you will need an ems, hondata, etc and some big injectors to start... along with getting it on a wideband to check your a/f.

good luck on your quest.
