Stock internals, Hondata ECU, 440 injectors, holly 255lph fuel pump....other than that, it's a stock DRAG III kit....I'm running 9-11psi, and expect high 12s in the quarter...but it will be a while...I'm still breaking in the clutch, and have lots of dyno tuning ahead of me

off topic: but I thought you could run the stock fuel pump with the hondata.

When you mention correct setup, would aem fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, and rc 550's and wideband dyno tuning constitute correct setup?

sounds okay to me.
the stock fuel pump really can't supply enough fuel for 440cc injectors over 55psi of fuel pressure.

I went to the dyno with 440s and stock pump. When we tried going at 10psi, the fuel pressure would first go up to 60psi when hitting full boost (50psi static pressure with AEM regulator) but as the revs rised, the fuel pressure would drop down to 55psi. I was close to 85% injectory duty cycle at redline as well.

so lesson learned here is that the stock fuel pump + 440s limits you to around 8-9psi (230whp) on a Civic Si with a greddy it. Possibly less boost with a bigger turbo, depending on air flow.

with 550s i honestly don't know how well the stock pump can supply the fuel. you'd either have to calculate how much fuel you'll be using, or you'd have to try it out and see if it works.

I was in the process of doing it myself, then I came across a guy that wanted to swap my stock along with $140. He gave me the valve cover, wire cover, and oil cap and Neuspeed strut bar(which I sold for $70). Ended up only costing me $70 out of pocket. The secret to a shiny valve cover is using RUGE and TRIPOLE along with a polishing compound and lots of elbow grease.

Damn, so I may need the holly low pressure high flow intank fuel pump? Anyone have any idea how much this may cost me? The block is built except for sleeves (damn I should have got 'em) so I plan on boosting to around 13 lbs.
