Turbo XS quad stage boost controller.
im thinking about selling my greddy profec b to get the XS controller. Just wondering if anybody is using it and what is the pros & cons to this unit tried search nothing found.
I know a lot of SFWD cars are using it, and I've seen it on some cars in person. Seems to be a great product.
I have the dual stage on my car, and it makes "life" so much easier.

Its a bleed-style boost controller, very nice quality. I only have the dual stage though. The valve(s) they use are made in china, but they are a very heavy-duty brand mfg'd with less overhead.
What you do is hook up the 3 different source on the quad stage to any available I/O Port on your ECU.
For example, you can hook up stage 2 on your IAB, 3 on your AC compressor, and 4 on your P/S switch.
I know you got at least 3-4 available I/O port on your ECU, since you're not running AC, stock IM and PS.
Carl, if you need them I have 3 in stock..

Tony1 is recommending that I dump my profec b and run this boost controller. I'm just waiting until I figure out what I'm doing with my car.

Could someone explain me what a dual stage boost controller does ?
Im gonna switch my AEM EMS for Neptune and I wont be able to use my GM solenoid anymore so they told me that I could get one of those...
Is it only like a high/low boost switch ? Is it like a manual boost controler or it will also make sure that the boost is always stable everyday even if its cold or hot outside.
I would need some explanation on this product please...

After a little reading this is what I have come to, If you want your ecu to switch on the other 3 stages you need to run a p72 with neptune. Why couldnt you run a p28 and have those features. And if you dont get neptune to control it can you control the stages advancments by say an rpm type setup like the 2 stage xs mbc?
