TurboXS parts are great. 
I have installed numerous TXS parts on my friends wrx's. All parts are quality and work well. XS Power on the other hand is a cheap ebay based company with cheap parts that tend to fail rather quickly.

Lets not get confused with TurboXS and XSpower. TurboXS parts have always been good...at least imo. The manual boost controller from them always worked properly
XSpower is the cheap Ebay pieces of ****...thats what you want to watch out for. Just remember to read before you buy
