Default Turbo tuning?

What the best/ most cost effective way to tune a boosted d16y8, somethign that will be reliable?

I've spoken with xeno a couple times, traded OBD1 ECU plugs for OBD2 ECU plugs with kenji two or three times, and used to manwhore around on AIM with 93turbo16. All three are trustworthy.

I don't know mtber, been away from HT for a minute, but it sounds like people like him, too.
