I have a 91 civic with a 93 Accord Greddy turbo kit in it. (The intercooler was cut to fit and so was the filter) Everytime it gets romped on and put into neutral it idles where it should, then low and then dies. We found out it's not an engine problem and it's all on the turbo. Any suggestions?
