I have a Compustar Alarm/Starter which has a turbo timer feature and if I come back before the car shuts off all I do is put the key in and drive away. No need to shut off and restart! I am assuming other turbo timers are the same. But, you can easily find out just put the key in and if it stalls it will stall in the first few seconds after you attemp to drive. haha
