Default turbo<?>supercharger

what do you guys think would be better a supercharger, turbo or gsr head on my 95 b18b1?

oh, btw. Turbocharger all the way...I'd go into it, but I won't because I have to leave for school
Superchargers take a lot of power to get spinning and compressing the air. Something which, unfortunately, honda's don't make a whole lot of. We can't afford that parasitic drag (that V8's and such can, for the sake of the instant power) because we live in the 5-8k RPM range...we don't give a **** about down low power. Mostly because we don't make any.
There's a reason turbo's are banned in the NHRA...they're just too damn efficient! A turbo is generally about 75% efficient, while a supercharger is only 55% or so efficient...but the instant power that 9 sec drag cars need to have outweighs the disadvantages of that parasitic loss.
OK i'm done...won't go in any farther.
